Manual Therapy Master Class III CPD Course (AHPC)
Shoulder pathology accounts for one of the most common, and most frequently mismanaged, presentations in musculoskeletal practice. This course closes that gap by grounding your clinical reasoning in the actual mechanics of the joint, not simplified textbook models. You'll work through the shoulder's four independent articulations and the six kinematic principles that govern full abduction, including scapulohumeral rhythm, clavicular retraction and rotation, scapular repositioning, and humeral external rotation, so you can recognize deviation from normal movement patterns before they progress to impingement or capsular restriction. From there, the course moves into applied manual therapy: joint mobilization grading and its neurophysiological basis for pain modulation, the convex-concave rule for selecting glide direction, mobilization with movement, and technique-specific approaches to the glenohumeral, clavicular, and scapular joints.
Clinical Application of PNF in Neurological and Orthopedic Rehabilitation
This course teaches you how to apply Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) to improve strength, mobility and functional recovery in patients with neurological and orthopedic conditions, from stroke and Parkinson's disease to fractures and post-surgical recovery. Who it's for: physiotherapists, physical therapy students, occupational therapists, rehabilitation professionals, and caregivers working under clinical supervision. Prerequisites: basic knowledge of human anatomy and musculoskeletal movement. Clinical experience is helpful but not required. Format: 8 modules of video lessons with step-by-step technique demonstrations
